➤ How many vehicles can you mobilize simultaneously?
We can deploy up to 20 vehicles simultaneously very easily, coordinated by our centralized dispatch in real time. Berlines, Class V and vans are mobilizable according to the volume of participants.
➤ What is the recommended booking time?
For a major event, we recommend 2-3 months. In an emergency, we can intervene within 48 hours depending on the availability of our fleet.
➤ Do you propose a coordinator present on site?
Yes, a dedicated coordinator can supervise the entire logistics device, adjust rotations in real time and ensure direct communication with drivers.
➤ How does billing for an event work?
We prepare a tailor-made estimate after studying your brief. Invoice clear, unsurprising, adapted to corporate processes: order form, payment at 30 days.
